Ya know...I've said in the past that I've wanted a girlfriend...but so far I've been doing good by myself. No one to worry about me, I can do pretty much anything, and I'm pretty much in charge of my day-to-day decisions. I feel for my friends who can't get over each other and let well enough alone and just move on with there lives. They are going to end up worse off...thought they are assuring me that it won't be...but I digress. Anyway, I guess I've never really considered the advantages of being single.
E ya later.

it's good to be content. marriage is awesome, but being single does have advantages that I never realized til I was no longer single. not that I would go back...

You hit the nail on the head with that one... I've never actually had a GiRlFrIeNd per say, and I used to be so uptight about it, wondering, even SEARCHING like a bloodhound for a girl... but I've come to the conclusion that it's going to happen when it happens... I've already made the decision to not be deeply intimate with my 'girl' until we're happily married, and I'm not ready to be married now anyway... so the way I look at it, if I end up waiting a while for my special someone, we won't have to worry about moving too fast and getting bored with the relationship... oh yeah, and VALENTINE's DAY! I used to be so down on v-day b/c I didn't have anyone to spend it with, but I finally got over that... I had more fun this v-day than any other, giving flowers to all the ladies on my team at work and stuff like that... it made their day, and mine too for that matter... so anyway, that's it.... Single=GOOD, Girlfriends=VERY GOOD when at the right time =) Now I don't need to update MY blog! I can just put a link to this, since it's soooo long!
