NSA Eavesdropping Not Anything New

I'm not really surprised that the NSA has been listening to phone calls ever since 9/11. Actually, they've been doing it for quite some time. Yes, it is disturbing that we are being spied upon, but I'm not at all surprised that the NSA is listening in.

NSA needs a warrant (which is not hard to obtain) to wiretap on citizens. They told Bush this too;yet, he decided not to obey the law and the Constitution.
